Terms and Conditions

 

  • B Loyal Rewards credit can only be earned on full price merchandise
  • Rewards tier status is calculated by the member’s total spend on full price, sale and
    discounted items during the 12-month period from enrolment/enrolment anniversary in future years.
  • Rewards credit is calculated and earned as a percentage of each transaction. The member’s tier status will determine the percentage of credit earned:

    a)    White tier - 4%

    b)    Grey tier - 7%

    c)     Black tier - 10%

    • Your rewards account will be activated 14 days after enrolment and any earned credit applied after 14 days of initial qualifying purchase
    • Post enrolment, any earned credit will be applied to your account immediately
    • Rewards credit is valid for 6 months after being credited to your account after which it will expire and cannot be reinstated
    • When redeeming credit, the value will be immediately deducted from your rewards account balance
    • Rewards credit cannot be transferred to another individual’s account and cannot be exchanged for cash
    • If you wish to redeem rewards credit in a different currency at one of our global stores, the exchange rate on the date of purchase will be applied
    • If a member returns a purchase for a refund, any accrued credit on that purchase will be adjusted in your account accordingly. In the case that accrued credit on the original purchase has already been redeemed prior to refund, the equivalent value of the redeemed rewards credit will be deducted from the refund on original purchase
    • The qualifying spend for White tier is a) a minimum spend of GBP1,000/USD1,400/EUR1,200/AED5,000 in a single transaction or b) cumulative spend of GBP2,000/USD2,800/EUR2,400/AED10,000 in a 12 month period. To remain a White tier rewards member, customers must spend a minimum of GBP2,000/USD2,800/EUR2,400/AED10,000 in the 12 month period from enrolment inclusive of enrolment transaction or within 12 months of the enrolment anniversary from year two onwards. If the minimum spend is not reached, the membership will expire
    • Customers are eligible to become Grey tier members either a) directly with a single transaction of GBP3,000/USD4,200/EUR3,600/AED15,000 or b) a cumulative spend of GBP6,000/USD8,400/EUR7,200/AED30,000 in a 12 month period or c) as an upgrade from White membership if member has spent a minimum of GBP6,000/USD8,400/EUR7,200/AED30,000 in the 12 months from enrolment inclusive of the enrolment transaction or within 12 months of the enrolment anniversary from year 2 onwards. To remain a Grey tier rewards member, customers must spend a minimum of GBP6,000/USD8,400/EUR7,200/AED30,000 in a 12 month period inclusive of the enrolment transaction or within the 12 month period following the enrolment anniversary from year two onwards. If the minimum spend is not reached, the member will be downgraded to White membership or the membership will expire
    • Customers are eligible to become a Black tier member either: a) directly with a single transaction of GBP12,000/USD16,800/EUR14,400/AED60,000 or b) c) as an upgrade from Grey tier membership if the member has spent a minimum of GBP24,000/USD33,600/EUR28,800/AED120,000 including the enrolment transaction within a 12 month period or within the 12 month period  following the enrolment anniversary from year 2 onwards. To remain a Black tier rewards member, customers must spend a minimum of GBP24,000/USD33,600/EUR28,800/AED120,000 in a 12 month period inclusive of the enrolment transaction or within the 12 month period  following the enrolment anniversary from year 2 onwards. If the minimum spend is not reached, the member will be downgraded to Grey or White membership, or the membership will expire
    • The tier balance will be reset to zero after every 12 month period
    • Boutique 1 rewards scheme is open to individuals aged 18 and over
    • Boutique 1 Group reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the programme at any time, and shall endeavor to provide written notice of any changes to members
    • A member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations if, after receiving notice of changes or variations, the member continues to use his or her rewards account and/or earn Boutique 1 Rewards credit
    • Boutique 1 Group reserves the right to change rewards credit calculations. All privileges, services and products offered as rewards under the programme are subject to availability
    • Benefits and offers made through the programme may change or be withdrawn without prior notice. Boutique 1 Group will not be responsible for any liability arising from such events
    • By participating in the programme, a member consents to Boutique 1 Group retaining the information provided to Boutique 1 Group about the member, including details of purchases made and the use of this information to offer members products and services that are likely to be of interest, and for Boutique 1 Group customer research purposes. If a member has provided an email address and mobile number to Boutique 1 Group, the member consents to receive emails and SMS messages from Boutique 1 Group regarding Boutique 1 Group products and services
    • Customers are able to opt out of receiving email notifications from Boutique 1 Group
    • In order to cease receiving SMS messages, members may terminate this service by submitting a written notice signed by the member, to Boutique 1 Group
    • The Boutique 1 rewards programme has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Boutique 1 Group decides to terminate the programme
    • Members will have 3 months from the date that the programme termination is announced to redeem accumulated rewards credit. Boutique 1 Group reserves the right to modify the programme at any time and without any reason
    • Membership can be cancelled at any time by Boutique 1 Group if a member is involved in any criminal activities
    • The Boutique 1 Group rewards programme is currently for individuals only. It does not permit corporate membership
    • Membership is not transferable and members are not permitted to hold more than one account per individual. Members may terminate membership by submitting a written notice, signed by the member to Boutique 1 Group. Membership will be terminated immediately upon receipt of such notice. All interpretations of the Boutique 1 rewards programme terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Boutique 1 Group
    • Members will be sent an automated email to alert them of an upgrade in Membership level.  An email notification will be sent out 14 days after their most recent qualifying transaction
    • All members (Black, Grey, and White) will earn double credit on their birthday week (3 days before, the day itself and 3 days after)
    • Members will earn double credit as many times as they shop during this period without any limits
    • Double credit only received on purchases of full priced merchandise.

    If a member returns items during or after their birthday or birthday week for which they have earned double credit, double credit will be deducted from the account
