RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you are delighted with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on your first order. 

If you are returning more than one item from your order, please return them together as a single return, this is to ensure you are eligible for free returns.

To make a return please make sure you request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your order.  You can request this number through signing into your online account or by getting in touch with our customer care team. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your RAN number in unused condition and all tags intact and attached.

To return or exchange your item, please follow the steps below;

 

1.  Create Your Exchange or Return:

Sign into your account, go to your order history and select the order number with the items you want to exchange or return. Click RETURN/EXCHANGE and follow the on-screen steps. Once completed check your inbox for an email with your RAN number and details of the courier account number. Alternatively, you can email returns@boutique1.com with your order and item number to request this information.



2. Customers Returning from the UK, EU and UAE

Complete the return form that was sent with your order. In the boxes provided write your RAN number, reason code for the return, accept the terms and conditions and sign. Enclose the return form within the return packaging. Leave the package open for courier to check the contents and paperwork.

Please use the courier label provided, peel and stick it on the top of the parcel being returned.

 

Customers Returning from outside the UK, EU and UAE

Complete the three copies of the Return Proforma Invoice that were sent to you via email. In the boxes provided write your RAN number, reason for return and sign.

Enclose the Return Proforma Invoices within the return packaging. Complete the returns shipping document and ensure it is included in the box.

Please use the courier label provided, peel and stick it on the top of the parcel being returned.

 

3. Arrange Your Collection

Then arrange a collection using the courier account number emailed to you.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your RAN number.

 

4. Or drop off your return

If you are based in London or the UAE, you can return your order directly to a Boutique 1 store. Please bring your Return Form with you to authorise your return in store. Our stores are unable to process refunds for online orders at the till, however we would still be happy to take the return from you and advise Customer Care to process the refund.

 

5. That’s it!

We will email you to confirm that your return has been received and then again to confirm that we have processed your refund or that your exchange is on its way to you.

RETURNS POLICY


We offer an exchange or refund on full-priced and sale items. You will need to have requested you RAN (return authorisation number) within 14 days and your item must arrive back to us within 14 days of raising your RAN.

Boutique 1 reserves the right to refuse a refund on items that are not returned correctly. Please note the below requirements.

Items must be returned in a new and unused condition

All garment tags must be attached

Original packaging must be intact - including any Authenticity cards, dust bags etc.

We are unable to accept any returned items which have been damaged, soiled or discoloured.

We are unable to accept returns without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

If your shipment has incurred taxes and duties, your refund will be issued after confirmation of these charges has been received from the respective courier.

Boutique 1 would like to remind customers that customs charges are out of the company’s control, and we are therefore unable to estimate these costs for you.

SHOES

Shoes must be returned in unworn condition with no marks or scratches to the soles. The shoe box must be undamaged and original dust bag included.


SWIMSUITS AND LINGERIE

Please try these items on over your underwear and make sure that the adhesive hygiene strip is not removed.


FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are quality checked before dispatch. However if you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know as soon as possible, either via Customer Care or write us a short description of the issue on your returns note. You can return your item for a refund. Simply request a return (within 14 days) through your Boutique 1 account and send the item back to us within 14 of receiving your RAN number. All faulty returns are accepted at the discretion of Boutique 1.

 

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

 

Refunds will be made to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs, international customs duties and other taxes where relevant)

Gift returns will be offered an exchange, store credit or gift card.


EXCHANGES

We offer free shipping on the first exchange within a transaction.  

Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the original item. You will need to specify the size required when requesting your RAN. You cannot exchange a purchase for a different product.

We will dispatch your exchange item once your return has been received.

If the customer wishes to exchange for a different item, they will need to process it as a return and refund, then a separate purchase needs to be placed for the new item. You can complete this process online or by calling our customer care team.
