Delivery Schedule

We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.

For UAE orders only, Boutique 1 offers the exclusive Style Express service, packages ordered between 9am – 2pm (GMT+4) Saturday - Thursday will be delivered on same day.

Important Delivery Information:

• A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment.
• We insure all packages in transit from Boutique1.com to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage, once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Boutique 1.
• We ship with Aramex to the UAE & Middle East and DHL worldwide.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Boutique 1 is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
• We are offering our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will be charged at checkout for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by DHL or Aramex respectively (depending on the region your shipping address is in) upon delivery or an import broker appointed by you.
