We hope that you are delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied, please make sure you request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). In order to meet our return’s policy, items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The first return for full price items is free of charge. However, sales items that are returned will incur an administration cost (the amount charged will vary depending on your country) If you would like to return your purchase then please follow the process below;
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and your DHL/Aramex Account number so you can organise a collection.
2. Print 3 copies of the Return Proforma Invoice that we will send to you in an email, write your RAN number on the box provided, sign and affix it with the filled return Airwaybill (AWB) supplied by Aramex or DHL upon collection.
ONLY this Return Proforma Invoice and the AWB should be attached on your package.
3. Our customer care team will email you to confirm that your return has been received and we will then process the refund or exchange.

All items should be returned in its original packaging with all garment tags attached.
Please ensure you also return belts and any designer packaging including;
Shoes must be returned in perfect condition and unworn. The shoe box must be undamaged with the garment bag and any original packaging as this is considered part of the product.
When considering the fitting of swimsuits and bikini bottoms, always ‘’try on’’ the item over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip.
We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for Fine Jewellery.
Please note that Boutique1.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
Returns made outside the 14 days timeframe will not be accepted.
Any returned items without the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will not be accepted; therefore, please make sure that you request it from our Customer Care team.
All items are quality checked before dispatching, however if you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know immediately (maximum 2 days after delivery).
UAE returns are processed through Aramex or DHL. International returns via DHL only.
Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your refund after we have received your returned item.
All credit card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded.
Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery refunds will be processed through a cheque made out to the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
Bank transfer refunds will be credited back to the original account used for the transaction.
In Boutique 1 we are happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order. The first exchange will be free of charge if the product has been purchased at its full price (you must request a RAN within 7 days)
Please ensure that items you wish to exchange are in perfect condition, without being worn, washed, or damaged. Please return the item in the original packaging with all garment tags attached. Boutique1.com reserves the right to refuse exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
In order to meet our exchange policy the product must be returned in one package. If you wish to repeatedly exchange items then the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
