How to return an item

Returns for Full Price Items are free.

Send an email to within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and our DHL/Aramex Account number so you can organize a collection.

UAE & Middle East returns are processed through Aramex or DHL. International returns via DHL only.

Print 3 copies of the Return Proforma Invoice from your email, write your RAN number on the box provided, sign and affix it with the filled return AWB supplied by Aramex or DHL upon pick up.

Only this Return Proforma Invoice and the AWB should be attached on your package.

We will notify you when the items have been received and the refund is being processed.

Returns from UAE & Middle East must be received within 7 days and International within 14 days.

All credit card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded

Cash on delivery refunds will be processed through a cheque in favour of the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

Bank transfer refunds will be credited back to the original account used for the transaction.

Returns Policy

Important Information:

  • All items should be returned to us in the original Boutique 1 box, with the original packaging and all garment tags intact.
  • All items should be returned with 14 days and any items that are soiled or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Footwear should be returned in the undamaged shoe box with any dust cover or packaging as this is considered part of the product.
  • Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should always be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
  • We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health risks.
  • We will not accept any items returned to us without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) so please ensure that you request this from our Customer Care team.
  • All dispatched items are quality checked at the point of dispatch, if you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know immediately.
