Hassan Bounkit launched his eponymous, unique jewellery line in 2006. Bounkit incorporates glamorous stones that encapsulate high-end fashion designs, with a costume jewellery feel that is influenced by his native Morocco.

Using the elements of ancient Moroccan design, he skillfully mixes sunset hues with woods, turquoise with jeweled rondelles and crystal beads with organically cut coloured stones. Bounkit now creates three complete handmade collections a year in his New York City atelier; each piece features large, dramatic stones and is the perfect blend of modern architecture with a splash of art deco.
